As Outreach & SEO Manager you will take over ownership over our SEO activities and outreach campaigns at SocialHub. You will be responsible for driving organic search and referral traffic to SocialHub that converts to relevant leads by developing effective content strategies, building our backink profile, initializing co-operations with bloggers and selecting the right tools and tactics. You should be a hands-on person who can execute outreach campaigns and write short texts and at the same time manage SEO freelancers to scale our organic search traffic in Germany and other multi-lingual markets.

As Outreach & SEO Manager you will
- Plan and deliver outreach campaigns that drive traffic, leads and brand loyalty
- Research, negotiate and acquire relevant and authoritative content partners such as media, content websites, influential bloggers and social leaders
- Manage and monitor partner relationships through the entire cooperation
- Maintain and further develop our internal contact and link database
- Execute additional off-page link building tactics to acquire valuable links
- Brief the content manager to source content needed for outreach campaigns
- Perform on-page search engine optimization audits for our multi-lingual website
- Research and analyze relevant keywords, competitors and our market niche
- Measure and report performance of organic and referral traffic based on SEO metrics
- Identify new opportunities to grow the organic traffic
What you need for this Job
- Minimum 2 years experience in an outreach, link building or SEO role,
- Excellent English written and oral proficiency (additional languages such as German are a plus)
- Confident communication skills via email, over the phone and face to face
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tactics from keyword research over link prospecting to monitoring of performance metrics
- Quick understanding of the needs and language of the targeted content outlet and their audience to source relevant and personalized content
- Creativity to come up with new content ideas that drive brand loyalty, traffic and leads
- Ability to write and edit short text blurbs where needed
- Proven experience with industry-leading SEO, outreach CRM and analytics tools
- Qualified in Google Analytics to create reports autonomously
- Ability to implement processes and further develop systems autonomously
- Solid analytical and data-driven skill set
- Extremely well organized, in both time and project management
- Hands-on mentality to get things done
- B2B, Social Media and HTML experiences are a plus
