SocialHub general:
You can link several of your social media channels to the SocialHub at the same time and manage them centrally by using the tool. We are constantly adding new channels to the SocialHub. Currently offer the following channels with various functionalities:

- YouTube,
- Google My Business
- Google PlayStore
- WordPress
No, you can use the SocialHub via your browser and do not have to install anything.
Yes, we hold regular online onboardings that you can attend.
Yes, you can use the SocialHub to create different departments and teams with different rights.
Yes, you can create different roles and assign them different rights.
Yes, with the approval process you can edit tickets in the inbox and create/plan posts in the Content Planner using the four-eyes principle.
At SocialHub you get personal and individual support. We´re always at your side to assist you with questions and problems by phone, mail and in-app software.
SocialHub AI:
Yes, we are currently in the beta phase of our SocialHub AI, which will support you with community and content management.
The Smart Inbox takes on recurring tasks such as issuing sentiments or archiving unimportant tickets. It also gives you suggestions for promotions and categories. Don’t worry, the SocialHub AI will never answer for you on your behalf. You still save clicks and therefore time.
Yes. You can enter prompts in the Smart Content Planner, which will then write a caption for you or search for suitable hashtags.
SocialHub Inbox:
At the moment you can manage comments, messages and mentions from the following platforms via the Inbox:
- YouTube
- Mastodon
- Google Play Store
- Google MyBusiness
- Trustpilot

Yes, the email approval process is an addition to the normal approval processthat you can use with the Enterprise plan. This allows you to send and release tickets to people who do not have an own SocialHub account.

Yes, with the Enterprise bundle you can assign a sentiment to each ticket and thereby analyze the mood of your community. You can find the results of this tracking in the Analytics section of the SocialHub.
Yes, we are currently in the beta phase of our SocialHub AI, which will support you with community management and caption writing.
Yes, you can also use the SocialHub to create reply templates and make them available to the entire team. If you want to write an answer to a new ticket, you can select a template and insert it. Before sending, this can of course still be edited and individualized to the recipient.

Yes, you can filter by periods (daily, weekly, and monthly view) as well as by channels.
Yes, you can use the editor to adapt the format to suit the respective platform, crop photos and give them that certain something with filters, marking tools or text with just a few clicks.
Yes, you can schedule and publish ads to posts directly from the SocialHub.
Yes, with the approval process, a four-eyes principle can be activated for all content published via the Content Planner.
Yes, you can export the content calendar as a PDF and thus forward it to others.
Yes. With our Enterprise Bumdle, you’ll receive an email every time you’re tagged in a comment or asked to share content.
SocialHub Analytics:
Yes, you can use category tagging to evaluate the feedback on your campaigns.
Yes, with the Enterprise Bundle you can assign a mood to each ticket and thereby analyze the mood of your community. You can find the results of this tracking in the Analytics section of the SocialHub.
Yes, with the Enterprise package you can have various reports emailed to you either daily, weekly or monthly.
Yes, with the Enterprise Bundle you have the option of setting up individual dashboards. You can select a number of available widgets and move them to the location that suits you.
Yes and no. After you have linked your channels to the SocialHub, all data from all postings that are not older than 30 days are received.
Yes, you can export all dashboards as PDF and CSV (Excel).

Safety & Data:
Yes, as a German company, we meet the requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR).
Your data is hosted on German servers and is processed in our data center in Augsburg in compliance with the GDPR and BDSG and on the basis of OPA contracts. We securely encrypt data transmission via SSL and SSH protocols, VPN tunnels and firewalls.
Yes, with definable deletion routines you have full control over all personal data in the SocialHub. Personal data of individual users can be completely deleted on request.
Your data is on German servers and is processed in our data center in Augsburg in accordance with the GDPR and the BDSG and on the basis of OPA contracts.
We are ISO27001 certified. This is one of the highest standards for IT security in Germany. We are constantly working on our security and undergo regular penetration tests to test our infrastructure.
