  • When trying to delete a user with assigned tickets, a message is displayed that the tickets need to be assigned to another user (or no user) first.
  • When an image is edited using the Media Editor, it will have approximately the same file size as the original image.
  • We experienced some problems for Facebook and Instagram posts due to parameters in the image URL. Publishing posts on Instagram didn’t work. For Facebook, the images could not be displayed when using custom images in the link preview and in carousel posts (Hotfix).

In addition, YouTube does not allow the evaluation of peak times. Therefore, YouTube channels are ignored in this Insights chart in the future.

Searching for “Word1 Word2” with quotation marks will find all templates that contain both words in this sequence. Without quotation marks, templates containing only one of the words are also found.

    • More suggestions for mentions are now displayed for Twitter channels, as the searched user is not always among the first 5 entries.
    • When more than one channel is selected in the analytics, the result can now also be exported as a CSV file.
